Not able to use REQs in Warzone

I am getting so sick and tired of not being able to use REQs in Warzone. About one out of every 3 games I cannot use REQs during Warzone. I cannot change my loadout, buy power weapons, buy vehicles, or buy power ups. It drives me bonkers. I’m getting killed by Spartan Lasers and Tanks and all I have to retaliate is an assault rifle and pistol. Lame. It also happens randomly during the other matches.

Is this common for everyone playing Warzone? Is there a thread already addressing this issue? Has 343i pulled their heads out and addressed it?

I have some ultra rare REQs I would like to use and can’t. What is the point of Warzone without REQs?

Thanks. I will try to find it. Super frustrating. If this doesn’t change by the time I collect the last REQ pack from the Warzone REQ bundle, I will be done will Halo 5.
