Have a xbos360 Premium with 20 gb grey version. It has been to Germany twice for replacement.
The campaign refuses to start playing after the intro, just hops back to start menu. Have tried all the tips and suggestions from the forums, but to no avail. Have call MS Support, who could not help, but claimed it could be no hardware error. While installing the game it always says that the disc is unreadable, dirty or damaged etc after 38 % of completing. The discs are new, and I have even tried two different games now.
343, should I wait for a patch/solution, or request a refund, since i dont want to get stuck with a non-playable game that costs close to 90 USD where I live?
