Not able to play

I cannot play because the game says I am missing downloadable content. I also redownloaded it multiple times adn it still doesn’t work. help please.

Could you try clearing your cache and redownloading everything?

If that doesn’t work try deleting and recovering your profile.

I had a similar problem with that. It happened after the infamous XBOX LIFELESS weekend outage when I had tried to download my profile.

The only way I got it to work was to sign in a profile that had the DLC and then sign it out.

Even after re-downloading the DLC many times it still hasn’t worked.

However, let’s hope that the same cannot be said about your troubles…

What can’t you play Matchmaking/Campaign? or is it a Xbox live update? what is it that you re-downloaded if you can give some more info it would be great.
