Not able to play online multiplayer

Hi

I spent all the morning with microsoft support due to trouble with the xbox live and now it’s working but I’m not able to play multiplayer on halo 5.

For Arena, War Zone and Custom Game I have the message “at least one player of your team is not allow to play multiplayer”.

Could you help me please?

I got the same thing, I have to be someone else fire team to actually play…
