Not able to play Halo 5 until after 9pm (UK Time)

Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?
Any solutions?

I’m able to launch the game and press the start button but after I do that it says " failed to authorise user " but then as soon as it hits 9pm everything is fine. It’s been happening for the last couple days now. The same thing happens when I try play Halo Wars 2 aswell but instead of saying the authorise thingy it just says unable to download data.

Do you share your xbox with a parent. Maybe they put a timer on when you play the games?

Everything is unrestricted on my Xbox & it’s just one of them red banner alerts, an example would be like when the servers are down.

Its weird because It only affects Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 but I’m still able to play Halo:MCC during the time before 9PM

Peculiar. I will have a look on xbox forums. So it didn’t come with an error code at all?

Ok I looked up this old thread. Try a hard reset.

Also according to this thread the issue was resolved by 343. So after your hard reset have a look at thread if it didn’t work.

Tomorrow if the problem is still happening I’ll do the hard reset thingy and also the log out method, if it doesn’t work then I don’t know what else I would be able to do really but thanks for all the help

Yeah no problem if the problem persists, just comment back. I will probably continue to help out.
