Not able to get the HWC pack

Me and my bro share an xbox and he downloaded the pack first and now I can’t get it.

Try buying the pack online here and then check if you have it on your Unopened packs here.

Have similar problem, said HWC was ready to start, but I don’t see it in open packs or the store.
