Not able to get qualified in arena

Hey there,
so for quite some time now, I’m not getting ranked in Arena. It doesn’t matter how many games I complete I’m always getting the 10 more games to get placed message and the bar won’t fill up. Any idea how to fix that?

What language do you play the game on? There’s a bug where you can’t see your rank in Arena unless it is English, so if you are playing in another language that isn’t English try switching to it and check.

In the meantime you can check your Arena ranking progress here.
