You would think, with the amount of dead Spartans you find, lockers and what not, 343 would’ve used their brains to say “hey you paid for the campaign, so here’s stuff for the multiplayer to customize your spartan…just have fun exploring and looking for them (even though they are on the map”)".
All we got…was armor coatings for armor, guns and weapons. Oh and dog tags…wow. Don’t even have skins for the Banished. Disgraceful
I cannot think of any good faith reason why 343i would not include a single armor unlock in the full priced campaign. its greed.
in previous games you paid $60 for the full campaign and multiplayer experience. now you get 5 helmets.
At least some armour for Legendary or LASO.
one of the main reasons i bought the campaign was for MP unlocks and 343 also said there would be challenges for the campaign so kinda disappointed
like in H3, they could even have armor unlocks for earning ranks in ranked MP
Yes. And is was also all you got barring 1 or 2 DLC packs 3 years after launch.
Infinite is a live service game - give them chance to bring out the content.
Yeah, this was a bummer. I thought for sure the armor from the found Spartans would be made available, but NOPE!
Yeah, I may not agree with the argument that since the multiplayer is f2p none of the armor should just be free, but I can at least understand the logic behind it.
Campaign though still charged full price and didn’t include any. Don’t get me wrong, I still very much enjoyed the campaign and it’s not the end of the world, but tossing some armor items in would’ve been appreciated.
And this is why Infinite is going to be mediocre until 6 years after it’s release 
. Cause the people who jump on late will have a “complete” Halo game by then.

I’m content with the cosmetic rewards offered by the campaign.

There are only cosmetic unlocks and not full model unlocks. I too was disappointed because I was hoping to unlock something like the Mark VI Gen-3 as an Armor Core.
Sadly, since Halo Infinite was delayed, they didn’t even get to make the campaign as they wanted to. This first part was somewhat limited. There are entire islands to the North-East section of the map where you can only explore a single canyon in a certain part of the campaign. And a lot of the cosmetics they had planned for unlocks had to instead be moved to a Fortnite-type shop in order to satisfy the investors that now expected interest to be paid on a product that had to be delayed due to the pandemic we have been dealing with for the past two years.

343 has never, not once, said there were armor cores to unlock in campaign. You are making that up in your mind, then getting upset about it when it doesn’t happen. You are getting upset over something you made up in your head. Get real.
