It’s only in Warzone that weapons have their “Special ability”. And it’s like that to keep the game flowing with more powerful weapons as the game progresses. In campaign none of the “secret weapon finds” do what they do in Warzone. It’s just a skin and knowlege os knowing what they are capable of.
And also it’s because campaign shouldn’t be easy if you were to pick up for instance, the Nornfang.
Campaign = Practice as to what enemies are capable of.
Warzone = Playground w/o boundries. (Sort of)

Actually, the Answer that can be found in the Mission 14, is similar to the one you can get in WZ.

Oh yeah, forgot about that one.And it’s on Mission 13. Ain’t that for the double Warden fight though? Similar to the tons of Incineration cannon on mission 14?
But shouldn’t it be 2 shot kill?
Sounds like it must of been a pretty harsh 45 seconds of the campaign.

The scattershot on Osiris also has the extra effect. I think it’s only nornfang and oathsworn that don’t get their bonuses since you can spawn with them
