Nornfang is outrageous. Think the halo reach sniper rifle, that has a motion sensor that always stays up. It fires extremely powerful explosive anti armor rounds that make short work of vehicles. Oh yeah, did I mention it oneshots Spartans to chest even IF they have upgraded shielding mod.

It technically is but the one in the campaign doesnt have the same upgrades as the previous posts have mentioned

I’m crazy for the nornfang. It is currently the 2nd rarest item in the whole game. Its so beautifully crafted that I wouldn’t even use it. xD. It’s O.P. as -Yoink- and one shots Spartans no matter where you hit and it one shots a ghost if you hit it on the reactor.

Yes. I have Oathsworn and Nornfang. It is awesome. Hell both are awesome. Nornfang destroys Banshees and Phaetons and well anything else. Oathsworn has yielded me my first killtacular when a team was rushing our base so I just kept shooting xD Thing is strong as hell, mows through vehicles also.
As far as the rarest it is random. The thing I will say is Nornfang was my final Mythic unlock.
I got it last week. It is insanely awesome.
