Honestly my favorite Halo gametype of all time.
The only con is sometimes the host get the advantage, but that’s small in my book.
Does anyone else enjoy the satisfaction of getting a kill with the gravity hammer or a beatdown with the ball? Something about it is just great. Playing casually or competitively, this game is fun.
Oh yeah. Grifball is the best! I love smashing people with the hammer, and fishing people with the ball…

Getting kills with the ball is the best.

They should change the name of Grifball to Host Wins Fight. It’s just too much for me.
I love grifball its one of my favorite playlists because you can get so many kills in it.

If you practice enough, you can still be good without host. It’s all about the range on the hammer.

The most satisfying part about grifball for me is killing or assassinating with a sword. Everyone loves smashing, but the finesse the sword requires is just…beautiful.
Plus, it’s humiliating to get killed by one.
