Hey there, I have signed up to Halo INsider program and waypoint for a while now, I have been playing Halo since Halo 1 and have played an extensive amount on my Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Even though I have linked up my account, None of my games Gamerscore has come over. For example, I reached enough gamerscore on halo 3 to get the Hayabusa armor in multiplayer and have beaten all the games in the MCC, so I have a lot of gamerscore on record, but for some unknown reason it never carried over. Am I doing something wrong? Who can I contact to help me or can anyone help me here, please?
If you have changed your gamertag since you last played then your service records will be out of sync. You’ll need to boot the games up again and play something (campaign / mp / forge) for things to sync up again - that can take anywhere up to a few days to happen

Sadly I have not changed my gamer tag at all. I am still rocking my old Xbox 360 Gamertag and have been for a very long time.
Could be privacy settings - your actual Xbox Live profile (not Waypoint profile), for me at least, doesn’t show that you’ve played any Halo games. Do you have any other accounts at all?

Once again, sadly no. This has been my only Xbox account. I will check my Xbox profile privacy settings. hopefully, it is an issue there.
If nothing is showing up, then my best guess is that you are actually not on the correct account.
Your Service Record shows 0 Halo Gamerscore which indicates that this particular account hasn’t played ANY Halo game. Even if it were a privacy or GT issue, we’d still see some Halo Gamerscore.
I recommend booting up your Xbox console and double checking the email associated with your Gamertag and signing in with the proper account.
