My problem is somewhat unique.
Observation:
While Playing multiplayer, intermittently throughout the game, I get ~10-15 second loss of gameplay. This occurs ~3-4 times per game at random intervals and some games it happens 0 times sometime is happens 10+ times. This happens on all games (2,2A,3) (unsure on CE,4).
My Screen-
The screen goes to a black background with the scoreboard showing. The timer doesn’t decrease. I can still hear party chat fine. It looks like I’m dead waiting to respawn w/o being able to see other people’s screens. After some time I come back, the score has changed and so has the timer
Other People see-
Me running straight into a wall or standing still. They are able to kill me and nobody else gets the issue from what I can tell.
Additional Notes-
My internet is still connected
No other game has this issue
I don’t notice lag spikes throughout the game, only this issue
ISP ran speedtest and found 0% packet loss
Occasionally I see 1% packet loss when running speedtest from XBOX
16Mbps/1Mbps speed
Steps take to mitigate:
Ensured Open NAT
Wired connection
Removed connection to router and plugged directly into modem
Rebooted all devices
Plugged XBOX directly into wall
Deleted and reinstalled game
Cleared MAC settings in XBOX
Changed Ethernet cables
Had a technician rewire my network to decrease noise…
I’m kind of stuck with my debugging. What should I do?
