Do the Halo 4 community that didn’t pre-order the game get the Specializations because I am a lvl 70 and I have completed Wetwork and Operator and I cant get anything else. Why is this like that? Please respond!

yes as long as u played before nov 20. live in a specific country. are over 18. u should get an email or xbxo msg. but many poeple havnt got one including myself
