How many of you get a little pissed when you start a game only to have a player just standing there, the enemy just walk up to them a get a kill and makes winner that much harder.
Why can’t there be a “Ready to join” button that you must press at the start of the game, if a player doesn’t press then the server could find another player !?

Those are just some stupid people who either 1) not leave the lobby and go get a sandwich or 2) do not want to get ban by leaving so they go AFK
When you launch a multiplayer game, play the damn -Yoinking!- game 
tbh i dont mind that
i use that player as bait for as long as i can and get an assassination or easy kill off of the attacker since they are focused on killing the AFK
