Non justified 3+ hour ban on Arena and Warzone

I have been playing halo for 3 days now and today out of nowhere I have been banned for 3+ hours on Arena and then after a couple minutes banned on Warzone aswell

You have a History of quitting games. Idk if you know this but Halo 5 will ban people for quitting too much
