Goes away if you play an entire game with it and don’t skip the next xp screen 
Sound actually intensified for a few seconds, i thought id have to mute my tv, and went away.
I’m pretty sure that this is a known issue

Yup it is. Took a while to find it but I definitely saw it in the list.
If you think you have discovered a bug, please first check over the known issues list on the support site. If you don’t see it listed there then you are free to file a bug. The bug you noted in your original post is a known issue
