Nodding on MCC Xbox

I was looking at the modding support for MCC: PC, and I was wanting to know, will the Xbox version of MCC have modding support? I know that modding support isn’t normally available on Xbox without an account ban or something ridiculous like that, but, I really want the Xbox version to have mod support. Am I the only one who wants unrestricted mod support for MCC on Xbox? Does anyone else think Microsoft should make an exception for MCC?

If official mod support happens for MCC (whether PC, console, or both), it certainly won’t be unrestricted.

Hell no. Modding support means some idiots will try to use it to cheat. The banning system doesn’t catch all of the cheaters out there and I sure do t want to see more of it in a halo game.

I’m not sure you understand how mod support will work. There’s zero chance of cheating as the dev team control where modding is or isn’t allowed . Modding in the case of campaign would be an excellent addition for replayability especially considering If it would allow rebalancing some of the weapons across the titles on legendary
for mp obviously it would only be a custom game option .
on console the the devs would supply the tools and the setting options so cheating just isn’t an option .

I would like to see modding tools added to the forge so we can change the skins and colors of objects. I especially want to see this happen to Halo 2 anniversary because the concrete looking blocks need some sprucing up! Halo 3 has fantastic looking blocks in it’s forge, but needs better tools and objects in the budget. Why not add all objects from all the Halo forges to Reach and Halo 3?
