Noble Team armor / Past Req Packs still available?

I got into Halo 5 this year only and didn’t really play for the beginning of its lifespan. Are armors like the Noble Team armor (specifically Emile) and other pack exclusives still available? The goal is to get those if they are even still in the packs.

You could probably buy it in the xbox store, but with all the sets being in the req pool, you will naturally unlock them.
