I’ve noticed quite a few people pining for Noble recently, so I’ve come to reassure you all that Noble is not as rare as you may think, simply bust out a silver pack whenever you can and eventually Noble will find it’s way to you. Now, to make this an actual discussion…
Why do you want Noble? And what makes it cool to you?
For myself, the Reach nostalgia is why.
(Just for fun, dress up like your favorite character from Reach and go kick some butt Noble team style.)
I always thought Carter had the best armor from Reach, so when they tried to replace commando with that shameful reboot in Halo 4, I was pretty upset. Now that the original commando is back, I can’t wait to grind that thing out
the “matte” like under tones of the secondary color, makes gold look like actual gold
I swear I’m the only one without it…
It makes you look like an actual spartan because the armor looks huge. Also it’s pretty odd that we look extremely similar.
I’ve unlocked over 30% of helmets and armors and still don’t have any variant of it. I know i’ll get it eventually but honestly i’d rather get centurion or one of armors belonging to the campaign characters.

The Reach nostalgia is definitely an aspect of it for me and I’ve always been more of a fan of the armor style in Reach. Makes my Spartan, at least in my eyes look more like a Spartan and on top of that until we see MK IV and MK V added to the game then Noble is the way to go for me.
(Though Reach Commando/Noble being a MK V variant it works all the better as a temporary replacement for old school MK V for me)

That’s because I dressed up as Carter just for this thread. Usually I go with a Commando helmet.
(I can also do Kat and Jorge, still working on Jun and Emile though.)

I’ll keep myself skeptical but it was supposedly confirmed as part of the post-release additions to the req system but as you say whether or not we will actually see it is another matter entirely so here’s hoping.

Considering the Hunt the Truth campaign, and how much it carried over to the actual campaign, I trust 343i as far as a grunt could throw them.
You’ll either get lucky in a pack, or not.
I got Noble on my 3rd silver pack. While I try and experiment with other armors, it’s easily the best looking to me. Out of what I have, of course.
Too bad the Noble armor’s colors are one of those red turns into maroon like the Hunter armor…
I just think it looks awesome, one of the cooler armours in the game. Plus nostalgia value.
As I and many others have claimed, it’s one of the few armors that actually make you look like a Spartan

One of the main reasons why I love the Noble armor to be honest, but I understand your point of view, there are other Noble armors but are harder to get.
