Noble Actual Campaign mission (Reach) won't unlock

The Noble Actual Campaign mission in Halo Reach (Level 1) does not unlock no matter how many times I play through it.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Boot Halo MCC from Steam.
  2. Play Noble Actual on any difficulty, with no skulls on.
  3. Check Halo Waypoint > My Service Record > Halo MCC.
  4. Scroll down to Campaign Completion per game.
  5. Choose Halo Reach.
  6. Choose Single Player.
  7. Note that Noble Actual is uncomplete.

Expected: Noble Actual is marked as complete, and the Campaign is 100% complete.

Actual: Noble Actual is not marked as complete, and the Campaign is 92% complete.

I have tried:
Selecting the mission from missions,
Turning on scoring skulls,
Turning off all skulls
Playing from Quickstart.

This has not blocked me from getting achievements for this game - I have gotten achievements for beating the entire campaign on legendary.

Please advise.

If anyone else is dealing with this, I tried it on the LASO playlist, and it worked like a charm. Good luck all.

But it really works on LASO?

did you do the whole campaign on LASO or just noble actual beacuse i have the same problem as you?
