Noble 6 is my second favorite character, First being Chief, and it would be amazing if he some how survived. Maybe saved by another Spartan III? Maybe the Elites thought he was dead and awoke later and stole a phantom off the planet? There are many theories and I would like to hear yours. Please comment before.
According to Bungie Noble 6 died during the battle of Reach. I found an interview with Marcus Lehto and dropped some quotes here:

Please don’t start this again. Noble Six is dead. Gone. He lives six feet underground.
