Noble 1's armor kit is not completely accurate

This is not going to be another post talking about progression and how the customization needs to be fixed. We all know that horse has been beaten to a pulp. All I want to say in this is that the Noble 1 armor kit for the Mark V armor is missing Carter’s knife that is usually on the chest. I know this is a small thing, but 343 said the kits would be about making you look like the canon characters. And having the knife missing makes the character feel just slightly less cool. I know this is not a huge problem or anything but I would really like for the knife to be there. I just noticed it was gone today and now I feel like there is just something missing. If it does not get added no harm no foul :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging. Just a missed opportunity for a small detail help the player look more like Noble 1 from Halo Reach. :dagger:

I honestly love seeing this. I really thought i was losing my mind on these. My personal favorite is noble 6 and jorge. and ive noticed that even on theirs it dosent look quite right. The entire noble team is either massing some small detail or the armor proportions are off just slightly making it look odd to me.

Jorge’s armour doesn’t look right because they’ve copied it directly from Reach’s multiplayer where it didn’t look right either. Jorge’s armour pieces were designed to fit onto Jorge’s big chunky Spartan-II body so they looked a bit oversized on the Spartan-IIIs used by the players, and it looks like 343 has taken the design from a smaller player Spartan wearing the armour pieces as opposed to copying how they look with Jorge’s bigger proportions.

I thought the proportions on it didn’t look right either. I guess it’s correct in that our Spartan wouldn’t actually wear Jorge’s armour because we’re smaller so the one in the game fits better but it means we don’t actually look like Jorge. I don’t think I will wear it.

The best option would have been to simply shrink the pieces down slightly to fit the slightly slimmer proportions of the Mk.V body. It wouldn’t look exactly like Jorge that way either but at least it wouldn’t look like your Spartan is wearing his big brother’s hand-me-downs.
