No XP for completing objectives ruins Multiplayer cohesion/obtaining victories

If it hasn’t already been considered, for the updated XP gaining system, you need to have it for that you gain experience from doing the objective. Basing things on purely challenges ruins the cohesion between your team and incentive of even trying to beat the game. I’ve seen many games now where both teams will straight up even ignore the objective to just PVP as if it were deathmatch. No matter the game mode, be it CTF, Oddball, Stockpile, or the lockdown gamemode. Since no one is getting rewarded for actually putting effort in and having our teams to win, the games next to always stay in a stagnant tie till the end and amount to nothing. There is no excuse to just ignore the point and have your team suffer the way they make you do such.

So again, I do request/suggest that you incorporate experience gain for getting on the point and securing victories. Until then, sessions will suffer in quality/effort.
