So I got invited to the test flight last week, I was able to play on my Xbox Series X but when I redeemed the steam key, it told me it was duplicate. I even tried a buddy code too for this weekend in hopes to get another steam key and I still got nothing. Support was literally like no help, telling me “I may have mistyped the steam key.” I copy and pasted it. So I don’t know at this point.
Did you try and redeem the buddy code on Steam or did you redeem it here?

You would get a DM into your Waypoint inbox here after redeeming. It can sometimes take a bit, but there should be a message here with instructions and your Steam key
