Honestly, nobody even cares any more whether they win or not. All people care about is how many kills they can rack up in a game to unlock more stuff. This is so lame.
And has anybody noticed that on waypoint when you check your games played it doesn’t matter whether you win or lose but where you placed individually on your team that accounts for your placing. For example, on games that I win I might still finish 4th or 5th in that game because I didn’t get the most kills. I know it may not count for much but it’s more-so the premise of the matter, if I won I want to see a 1st place next to my name, not 3rd or 4th because I assisted my team all game long.
Does anybody see anything wrong at all with how 343 has molded this games multiplayer? It’s more about how you do then how your team does…

Without a social AND ranked playlist this game is garbage. The only reason I still play is because they will be implementing a 1-50 rank (We still dont know if it will be visible) and that they are keeping track of everyones stats right now for this new ranking system. If it fails I will leave this game for good.
As it stands there is zero teamwork or true will to win most game from my teammates. I dont know how many time I will watch a teammate hide while I do all the work and snake a kill after I die. -Yoinking!- sucks.
It most certainly would. 343 has remained mute on that topic however since boldy announcing the CSR before launch to make sure people still bought the game.
speak for yourself I care about winning. I am guilty of achievment hunting from the new map pack and it affected my team winning but I did that in all the halo at one point or another.
ranking based on winning in team gametypes was never good, that’s why lone wolves was my favorite to rank up in. 343 need to add lonewolves and this is 1 on many reasons why.
I can actually agree with this. I just played a game where my whole team was sitting back with boltshots trying to go positive. I hate games like that cause they are boring.

If everyne goes positive technically you are trying to win. There is no way tolose if your whole team goes positive. Personally, I do not camp but I also do not run out after every respawnlike I’m Rambo. There is a fine line between stat -Yoink!- and just trying to play a conservative game so your team wins.
Although I was a little critical at first, they definitely need to bring back the 1-50 skill system. Have it have no affect on your actual rank, but it needs to be in there. I’m sick of either blowing out a team or getting annihilated and then having to take 343’s word for it that they rank based on skill (just like bungie said with reach until 343 admitted that Reach matched you more-so on connection than anything). If people press me, I’ll post the page where it was stated.
I know they said it’s there, but just invisible . . . but so did Reach. Having it be visible gives them accountability.

Someone else has to link it but I did read it on twitter I think. I also read that you will only be able to see your rank here on Waypoint. It won’t be visible in game.

How does he know people will boost and make accounts? You can’t be too sure.
I know exactly what you mean. I am a conservative player who tries to always go positive. Most importantly I always try to go for the win.
But in this game, everyone was camping by each door around the base with the boltshot

He never said that it is gone for good. He was just explaining the problems with it. Those are the problems that they are trying to prevent before they implement one.
Quit acting like it is the apocalypse, and please actually read what he said before spewing false information out.
