I believe 343i did an excellent job of balancing the weapons in halo 5. The A/R and Magnum starts are just fine and dont you think tht every Halo should have its own flavor and not try to be so much like the others.

It does feel very balanced to me. AR / Pistol starts remind me of the older Halos.

I agree, the weapons are very balanced.
The AR is either too powerful or I’m going to need a lot more distance from it.
Weapons aren’t balanced in halo though. There are weapons that should put perform others. I do like the AR and Magnum getting a buff, but I feel it’s a little too much.
Assault Rifle master race. This is honestly the first Halo where I feel like I do not have to put my AR down.
