It seems 343i decided to; or forgot to add voice chat while in a lobby AKA fire team. This even includes while in a custom game lobby. I for one think this is a horrible idea, because to figure you what everyone wants to play, you need to create an Xbox Live Party. So if you and a friend are going to que up for some arena; you need to be in a party prior to starting the game to know that. Once the game starts, you now can not talk to your team. This also over complicates custom games because you all end up in the same party…
