This was truly upsetting to me.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t the medal require a 40 man killing spree?
I agree as well, I’m surprised there isnt, thats another thing 343 have messed up.
Only mettles you get in H4 are the ones that take no skill 
Here’s your problem: You only got 37 kills. When you kill an opponent in a vehicle, during the game it gives you a kill and a vehicle kill. In-game this counts for one kill on the scoreboard, but once the game ends you gain one addition kill for each vehicle you destroy (displayed on the end-of-game scoreboard). You killed 37 players (32 kills in a vehicle, 3 beam rifle kills, 1 kill, and 1 splatter), and destroyed 4 vehicles. In game, say if you hit back right before it ended, it would show you as having 37 kills and 0 deaths. At the very end of the game, when it displays the final scoreboard, it added in the vehicles you destroyed and gave you 41 kills and 0 deaths. Unfortunately, vehicle destroys don’t actually count as true “kills”, so having them added in will preclude receiving any sort of spree where they push you over the edge to get said spree.
More importantly, there isn’t any perfection medals! I love that medal!

Are you sure you had 41 kills in-game as well?
Blowing up vehicles will count as a kill in the postgame stats.
Did the game go black-screen at any point because in every halo game that would rob you from a nice spree.
