i have 50 hours in costom and i dident get it and i bought a 99$ req pack and i got charged for it but i dident get the gold packs can someone help

You need to play Custom Games on the Xbox version of Halo 5 in order to get the helmet. Doing it on Halo 5: Forge on PC won’t get you the helmet.

Have you checked for your gold packs here on Waypoint? You can navigate to your reqs on here and see if they’re showing up here instead of in-game.
I went ahead and checked your service record and it’s only showing 49 hours 24 minutes. You still have roughly a half an hour to go.

You should be getting the helmet regardless of which version you play. 50 hours played is the only requirement if I recall correctly.
