I applied to the halo insiders program to try the halo infinite beta, I received both emails and everything, but I dont have any key in my profile and the link in the seconde email does not work
If the links in your actual email inbox don’t work, try checking your inbox here on Halo Waypoint (it’s where I found mine) and read through carefully for the instructions or code/key.
im having the same issue, i received both emails saying I was invited, nothing in my messages/link in the email doesn’t work

Go to your halo insider page that has your info! it will have your stuff!
