Hello. I have been playing Halo Reach through the new Master Chief Collection on PC through the Xbox Beta app, but no stats (except for my overall rank) are being recorded or saved. While I play hardcore during a session, I will see my playlist rank progress (sometimes I will get to playlist rank ~10), but upon re logging without fail, I will be back to playlist rank 1.
Any suggestions to help fix the issue would be most welcome.
When I first started playing, I had resolved an issue where my gamertag’s email wasn’t the same as the one I used in the Microsoft Store, which told me I wouldn’t have access to installing DLC (If I remember correctly), but now they share the same email.
Is this not the right place? After not getting any help through any other form of contact, I finally got recommended to make a post here. I’ve given up playing the game until a fix can be implemented, sadly. I’d like to return, though! The game is fun, just discouraging to not be able to progress. Doubly discouraging to be left completely in the dark on the issue.

reach is saying i have 0 time played and 0 games played, no mission recordings or anything. only getting “season” rewards and overall rank updates. been playing since basically launch almost every day for pretty decent sessions, and have completed like quarter of the campaign and it lets me continue, but records no time played and no missions completed. its bogus and won’t let me change the “UNSC” because it says i have no games played (when i in fact am probably at least 75 matches in) and haven’t really played ranked at all so idk if it affects me there or not. i hope halo or microsoft fixes this cause its awfully annoying.
I have this same issue, shows i have 0 games yet played since it released. This is nuts that we cant get our stats or achievements, I want to change my clan tag already…Please help us!!!
Figured it’s worth mentioning, I logged onto a friend’s account who was rank 17 in the Hardcore/MLG playlist. I played till about 20, log out, log back in, and it’s back to 17.
My game is installed on a m.2 drive. Anyone have success with installing the game on a separate hard drive than their operating system?

I am having the same issue and I am also installed on a m.2 hard drive. Maybe this is the issue? No idea why it would be. But I am also installed on the gamepass. My buddy who is on the gamepass doesn’t have this issue. Maybe I should uninstall and install it on another drive and see if it works.

Last night I tried installing it on different hard drives to no success. I also used Revo Uninstaller to make sure I completely erased the MCC app & Reach’s files. I will say, though, regardless of what I erased, my sensitivity & video settings were always preserved. So either it’s a cloud storage issue, or even Revo Uninstaller can’t find the trace files.
