well if he was oh well xD im getting tired of seeing people complaining about sprint. there were three when i got on so i wanted to make fun of them and say hey sprints not a big deal. that is all. i am also excited for halo 5 and the the tv show coming this year so it should be a great year for halo c;

They think it doesn’t belong to halo. I like the sprint in halo 5 and I also like when a Spartan is sprinting then there health bar won’t regenerate.

I was hyped for MCC too…
Being able to toggle sprint on or off doesn’t change the fact that the entire multiplayer is built around sprint and all maps are specifically built to accomodate sprint.
Why is the Midship remake twice the size of the original Midship? Sprint.
Is everything just fine when you turn off sprint? No, because now you’re stuck on maps that are all built with sprint in mind.
From the map sizes to pathways, jumps, … Not to mention that the base movement speed would also need to be increased because the movement speed is slowed down to, you guessed it, accomodate sprint.
You can’t just turn off sprint and say it’s fixed. It’s not just the ability itself that is so cancerous to Halo, it’s the fact that literally everything is built around it.

I agree with everything you just said, the problem is, is that sprint is in the game and we can’t change that. I wish sprint was gone but it’s not going to happen.

Exactly. The damage is already done because the entire multiplayer is built around sprint.
I’m not buying Halo 5 regardless of the toggle on/off option because the multiplayer has already been ruined by sprint and they’re not going to completely overhaul their map design and movement mechanics.
