Hey guys might be a little late for this, but I just purchased Halo 5 and realized there is no local split screen. To those who are going to say “You should have known before you bought it.” I did no research on this game assuming it was going to be a complete Halo experience. Halo has always had split screen, now the best part that always brought friends together to crowd up on a couch and brag to each other on a kill is gone. Along with my desire to purchase anymore Halo titles released by 343i.
There’s already an official thread for this somewhere. But yeah, no split screen sucks.
Shouldn’t assume and it says right on the box.
Didn’t know there was an official thread new to this site. Well with 6 games all including split screen then it should be safe to assume. (I know 343i didn’t originally developed Halo CE-Reach.) Something that is that engrained into all previous titles in a series shouldn’t be thrown away.

No split screen does suck. I played MCC today with my friends on split screen, and we had countless hours of fun. Too bad we can’t do the same for 5.
