Have you checked the earliest email account to ever be attached to your xboxlive account? I found mine on an email that I hadn’t checked for over a year.

I have the same problem and I played the game when it first came out and on 11/20 but now im stuck at Lv70
I was messaged this morning by admin for starting one of these threads, all codes have been sent, if you havent gotten one you never will, end of story. sorry guys im in the same boat.

Well, i just reached level 70 rather excited to be able to choose a new specialisation. Only then to see that i can’t choose one so i check my email account to see if i got an email with the code i need to type in but i didnt get 1. So i guess im now stuck at level 70 forever? well if that is the case im not playing this game again.

Do you have any other emails to check? I know that the email I actually got the code on was an email that is no longer associated with my xbox account and hasn’t been connected for years.
I actually forgot that my one email was ever connected to my account, so for a couple days I assumed I wasn’t given a code either.
yes this is a fairly new account (around 4 months) … so I know my email associated with my account, and no it isn’t in the spam folder either…

anyone else having this problem?
I, like many, many players, have had immense trouble receiving my specialization code. I checked all emails, posted on the forum daily, and called in Xbox Support many times. I had enough of it, and filed a complaint with the BBB(better business bureau).
The next day I received a call from an Xbox employee, apologizing and letting me know he emailed me my spec. code plus a little something extra. Code works and I am finally above level 70.
I suggest if you still have not gotten yours, you try this out. I hope it brings the same results as it did to me.
Still have not received my specialization code yet either. Posted everyday on the forums. Know all my contact info is correct. Know i met all the criteria for the promotion. And yet I still haven’t gotten anything from 343 or Xbox either through or email, xbox live message, or any other for of communication. I just now filed a complaint to the BBB. Here’s to hoping that it actually works.

No spec codes for me either. Checked ALL of my email accounts, fulfilled ALL of their requirements and still nothing.
