i waited hours at the midnight launch of the game in the cold to get the game. i played multiple matches online the day it came out and after that before November 20 and met all of the other qualifications needed to get the armor but still no code has been sent i checked all my emails spam and junk folders. i am over 18 on the xbox live account, and the code wasn’t sent directly to my gamertag. Ive been buying halo at the midnight launch since halo 3 i really feel screwed by halo for this cause i go and wasted my money when i could of waited to get this game just so i could get the codes and yet i get screwed out of the codes. really disappointed
They are currently sticking to the lie that they sent them to every1 so check again for it and if they didnt then you are basically out of luck.
I bought the game the Halo 4 the day after the release, and i just reached sr70, and i still dont have my codes, i am a bit dissapointed because i lined it up so i would finish the Monthly Challenge after i got to SR71 so i could rank up really fast, and i also have dug through all my spam, trash and normal Inboxes and still cannot find it 
I got the game the day it came out too. I’m really starting to get pissed off about this.
