So as previously stated in another thread, the list of countries that will get this email are as followed:

I got a specialization code with my pre-order at gamestation, but for everyone else in the UK who bought the game elsewhere, will they be capped at 70 forever? If so, that is ridiculous and with all the other countries excluded, Halo 4 will probably see a massive drop in it’s player base.

Don’t blame you, this whole thing has been a -Yoink- up from the start. It’s ridiculous that they even put a cap in place and then made it a pre-order bonus in the first place.

It’s almost as if 343 are TRYING to sink Halo. First they remove firefight, then the custom games and forge modes are extremely sub-par, there’s no theater for Campaign or Spartan-Ops, there was over 9000 pre-order bonuses showing that 343 just wants your money even sooner, almost everyone says that Halo 4 has bad MP and now THIS.
I swear, if this email is the only way to get the specializations (I doubt it, but still) then 343 can say goodbye to a large portion of the fanbase they’re neglecting.

i cant believe this, im about to hot level 70 and have already bought the dlc map pack’s so i have already shelled out over £50 for half a game… and i thought cutting the reach dlc play lists was a bad move, your gona have a lot of unhappy gamers 343 get your act together
i’m in the same boat, at sr70 already, and pissed off, i’m not fussed about the specialisations, i just want to rank up, can’t see the point of playing it anymore, i got to inheritor on reach, why am i being penalised for buying the normal version? this is a huge oversight and they have lost a loyal customer in me if this is’nt sorted out very soon
