Hey guys, I have had Halo 4 since the day it was released and I have played it since then.
When I was first looking through it I noticed the specializations, to unlock them they say - as you all know - ’ You must complete the active specialization to advance’.
However after reading through several posts on Google I discovered that the codes are sent to you.
I can safely say I have never received a code to change my specialization.
I live in Wales and apparently players in Europe didn’t get the codes to start either but they have them now.
I have no idea how to sort this and was wondering if anyone could help me. 
I know there are probably other topics the exact same but I don’t have the time to look through the hundreds of pages otherwise I would happily do so if it meant solving the problem.
Well I still got mine from xbox live, previosuly activated 1 from the spec edition. Ill pm you.
And also I believe they will be unlocked all soon.
Aren’t all specializations available for the public now?
I have my code left if you want it.
You’re level 43. You can’t pick your first Specialization until level 50.
Specialization codes are useless now since everyone has access to them. You must first hit level 50 before you can make your first selection, though.

There is no problem, like you said, you need to complete the current specialisation to advance.
The first specialisation, ‘Spartan IV’, has 50 levels.
Once you’ve completed that you can choose any of the 8 specialisations to move onto. The code is useless since all 8 specialisations are already unlocked for you, (you just need to complete your current one to be able to choose one of them).
Ok cheers guys I wasn’t aware that I had to hit level 50 before they became available, that wasn’t something that was pointed out in some of the forums I read.
