I have completed all of the requirements that everyone has been posting, but I never received the email with the “free gift”. Wasn’t 343 supposed to send a message through xbox live also? I am also wanting to know when the stupid cap at level 70 will go away. I have already ranked up to it and I have little desire to continue playing when leveling up is not an option.
