It’s been about 2 weeks since everyone I know received their specialization codes, and I have yet to get mine. I’ve been playing since launch day and I checked the e-mail accounts associated with my account, as well as messages in my XBL inbox, but nothing has been sent. Are the codes still being sent out?
Nope. According to Microsoft, all codes have been sent to eligible players and no more will be sent out. If you didn’t get one the you’ll either have to buy one on eBay or wait until they start unlocking them for everyone gradually.
I’ve played since day 1 and never got the code either.
Stuck at level 70 now and I assume since I got no code, I have to wait until whenever to level up again?
Yup or you can spend more money and buy a code on eBay. There is a lot of them for sale.
I know it’s lame but it is what it is.
me to stuck on 70 can i have a code player since day 2 release please send one resfor the good game
Thanks for the help, JRock, much appreciated! Any word on when the cap will be lifted?

same, i just checked to see if i had one on any accounts associated with my xbox live with no luck…oh well at least i got my operator, thats all i care about for now!

Nope. All that was said is that they will gradually unlock the specializations in the months after launch. That leaves it pretty open. I’m guessing they will start after the new year so the Christmas crowd can get some play time under their belts.

And for the record this^ is the type of response I would give an extra code to if I had one. People that think it sucks but except the fact and move on as there isn’t really anything they can do about it. I went through all my accounts looking for random codes to give out but had none.
Doesn’t hurt to double check, triple check, and over check your email account. Including spam and trash folders. Mine was sent on 11/30 and was titled “Here is your free gift from Xbox LIVE” if that helps anyone at all.

thanks dude, i’ll give that a try
Thanks for the help, much appreciated. I’m going to check my e-mails again, because that sounds very familiar. If not then oh well, I just started operator a couple hours ago so I should be set until they are available to the public. Better late than never.
inb4 mod lies by saying the codes have been distributed to all of the people who met requirements. I dont have mine either.

How exactly do you know they are lying? Just because you met all the requirements doesn’t mean their automated system thinks so. There are variables at hand that I can’t explain without a lot of information form people that didn’t get a code. For example, have you always had the same email account? Is this your original Xbox? Were you over 17 when the account was created? What state do you live in?
Coming onto a forum and calling someone a liar for simply giving out the only information they were given to give out isn’t the best way to get a code.
> How exactly do you know they are lying?
If you say the codes have been distributed, and people dont have them, that is called a lie.
> Just because you met all the requirements doesn’t mean their automated system thinks so
Then the codes have NOT been distributed, and saying they have is a LIE.

It isn’t a lot of information. I meet the requirements and haven’t received the code. I played in the time frame, I am an adult and in the US. Not only have I never changed consoles, names or emails, I regularly receive email from Microsoft, so they have my address.
> Coming onto a forum and calling someone a liar for simply giving out the only information they were given to give out isn’t the best way to get a code.
If the information is repeatedly confirmed to be incorrect, and you still give it out, YOU ARE A LIAR. They aren’t sending out more codes. The only way the rest of us are getting them is if they simply unlock them for everybody, which they should have done in the first place. All I am concerned with now is making the community aware that everybody who still willingly associates themselves with these companies is a scumbag.
Yeah, you and me both…
