My Rank and stats are not showing on the website or the console. 
Now its saying I have no achievements.

Yeah, I’m having the same problem as well.

The Halo Waypoint App for the Xbox 360 and Windows Phone, will not display any of my stats, k/d, spartan picture, recent gameplay (arena, competitive, invasion, etc), weapon stats, except for my Halo: Reach Rank, and Waypoint Rank, and achievements unlocked.
Every time I try to look at any of my stats it comes up as nothing at all, or kicks me complete out of the Halo Waypoint App, saying “Error”.
I’ve had this problem ever since updating Halo Waypoint.
Add one more to that list. I’ve been having similar problems as of late.

Oh well, they are working on it, so no worries.
