whenever i play SWAT in halo reach (which i was addicted to) it was virtually impossible to kill someone from behind, this was because spartan armour has a sort of hunch at the top back, this would waste many bullets as i kept shooting hoping one would go over the hunch and kill him, the effect of the dreaded hunch was worse when players used sprint, causing their head to lower even further behind the protective shield of their hunchback, meaning i would normaly never manage to kill them, now if we consider the spartan 4 in halo 4 has a huge thruster pack, plus sprint, we have a hunchback hellhole for all swat players…
343 please remove the hunchback.
It’s called ‘strongsiding’ and it is a perfectly legitimate tactic. You turn your back to the person shooting you, look down and run away.

Bull, people did that in Reach all the time, know what was funny about it?
They didn’t need to…
Reach Spartans are hunched over quite badly.

You could headshot the spartans easily from behind in Reach when they aren’t looking down.
When I played SWAT I never really had issues with that but maybe I was just that good.

Not as easy as in Halo 3 with the BR. Anyway OP, I don’t think the “hunchback” will be a problem in Halo 4, the Spartans have a nice stance and look more upright than the Reach Spartans, a bit like Halo 3 but better.
It’s not a hunchback, the armor is raised in the back. Also, take a look at some of the preorder bonus skin pictures, it shows you the back of the armor.

This all day, plus this isn’t Gears of War. Spartans are not hunchback like the COG soldiers are.

The Cog are not that hunchback… But neither are the spartans. The armor is raised up in the back in reach.
343 isn’t going to change the model of your character just so you can be more comfortable playing.
TL;DR: Adapt.
I’m sorry but are people actually annoyed that a piece of armour is doing the job it was desgined to do, protecting?
