Anyone with this issue?
I cant hear any footsteps nor fires from behind ingame.
Sond balancing is shit.

I have the same problem. I’m pretty sure it’s due to the Dolby Atmos surround that is built into the game. I cannot hear sounds from behind, nor any sounds when I get shot.
Using a Logitech G933 headset. This headset comes with its own surround, but even if I disable that through the headset drivers the problem persists.
There was a reddit thread about this during beta (can’t post links unfortunately though if you google “can’t hear sounds from behind halo infinite” you’ll find it)
im having a similar issue with my Corsair Void Pros
audio sounds weird and muffled/unclear
hopefully there is a fix for this or some kind of work around or something
Having this issue. Can’t hear enemy players even when they’re right next to me. Also have no sound when I get shot.

Same issue here cant here behind me at all I got a G933 too looking for fixes

I’ve got issues as well using Atmos… But i have a full surround sound with atmos enabled speakers. The rear surround channels seem to be bugged or aren’t tuned up high enough.
Thats all well and good but then Ill have to go back and change it when Im done playing and want me 5.1 surround back.
