1. What is the issue? Hi ONI Agents! After seeing the new availability of the skins on the store I went back in game to see if I could activate the skin I already had (UNSC) and then went back to the store if I already had it. What was displayed was the default [Buy] [Redeem a code] [Share]. Does the twitter code count towards this bundle? I don’t have the DM code on hand due to a twitter account change up, but on the windows store it does display that I do own “[UNSC Camo Skin - 2/12/17]”. I’m not sure is visuals are needed, but if so I can provide them. Thank you!

Yeah that’s what I’ve heard as well. On Waypoint the new Community Update for San Diego Comic Con said to contact Support if you had a twitter code and it didn’t work.

yeah that’s why I replied on your support thread, I didn’t feel like it would be productive if each person made there own and flood the support forums.

I got a twitter code downloaded/installed also but it doesn’t work. Tried posting in the Xbox promotions and sales support forum but they said they couldn’t help. Saw a link to this forum, would appreciate any help if it’s not too much trouble.

I’ve downloaded the custom paint job pack after recently seeing it in my ready to install but the skins aren’t there. I also already had the twitter code downloaded too. I’m playing as Colony so I’m not sure if that matters. I’m on Xbox One. My gamer tag is halo9962.

You should restart your client and it should work, the banished skins are hard to notice, as its the metal is brighter and shiny compared to the dull color. Did you see the options in the Settings > Game menu?

Whoops! My bad, I thought you selected the skins during the skirmish match like in the first Halo Wars. Just saw the options in the main menu settings now. Thnx!
