No Service Record for Halo 3/ODST

So I’m having a problem where when browsing Halo Waypoint and looking through my service records for my previous Halo games, my stats for Halo 3 and ODST do not show up. Instead, the website tells me I’ve never played these games before and to head to the store.

To confirm that I had in fact played these games on this gamertag I fired up my 360, the in-game multiplayer menu on H3 confirms I have a couple hundred games in my history.

My guess is that it may be because I changed the name of this gamertag from Gearhead10 to Daltrain10 upon getting my Xbox One.

I know it’s a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things, but it would mean a lot to me if I could have this history properly displayed on my account please, 343! Is there any way this can be fixed for me?

This is easy enough to fix OP, just make sure to play some campaign or multiplayer on your 360 under your new gamertag. Can take a short while, but your stats will sync up shortly afterwards. If you make sure you’re connected to Xbox Live as well when playing. The reason they show show at the moment is indeed what you thought, due to your gamertag change :slight_smile:
