No server connection

When I start the game it keeps telling me that there is a network error and that it can’t update the game configuration. Yesterday it worked but since today I can’t get beyond this message. Retry button doesn’t work either and that message opens again. Anyone having the same issue or solution? I also tried to reinstall it but still got the problem.

edit: I’m playing on windows 10 in Germany
Intel core i7 6700k
gtx 1070
16gb ram

I have this problem aswell. I think they had a rough launch, and we need to wait some days for it to work. I can get around it by pressing no and change profile in the lower right. Then just close the new window or try to connect. I cant seem to change my graphic settings though.
