Is there no emblem for this last season? I seem to remember another season not having one though, are they just not being made anymore?

I liked those, even if it wasn’t necessarily an achievement to get.

Pretty sure completeing a season now can get you one of the older ones.
After today I got a Season Placement REQ that had the 11 emblem in it. Sadly just started grinding Halo again so no idea what I’ve missed 
Sadly,they dont give them out any longer.

No it can’t. I have played every season since the two i missed (including the last two or three where there were no emblems) and have not received them.
They discontinued the Arena Season emblems a long while back. Nowadays you should expect a whole bunch of XP + RP boosts instead.
