No saved data

I’ve been playing reach on xbox one backwards compatible for ages and ages but all of a sudden I have no saved data and my rank, armor and progress doesn’t exist anymore. But I can continue with the last campaign mission I was on even though everything else hasn’t unlocked yet and I even have my old forge maps. I’m so confused :frowning:

There was some server maintenance happening yesterday that was going to affect some classic games, should resolve itself soon. Can try hard resetting your console and see if that helps

Ahh okay thanks i’ll sit and wait it out hahaha

I had the problem on my friend’s 360. I use backwards compatible, but it resets on his console. Will this technique fix it? Because it sends me back to recruit on his console, but then to captain again on mine (I thought that’d be worth pointing out) Is it the same problem?

Download your 360 profile again to your Xbox One from the 360 menu via BC. Should force a resync.

But then would that reset me as captain on both, or recruit?

It shouldn’t. What it should do is re-download the last synced save data from the LIVE servers. So in effect, your last known rank etc to Xbox Live before the desync occurred.

I cannot guarantee anything since I do not know but I don’t imagine it would reset you at all. It’s still worth a try if there’s no improvement but that’s up to you.

At least you are well mannered about others’ decisions, and my profile was originally on the Xbox one, I never owned a 360, but my friend does
