Nothing for LASO either. But Honestly considering just how easy both Legendary and LASO were I do not feel cheated out of anything. Would have been cool but I got used to getting nothing after there were no extra unlocks for doing LASO in MCC and Halo 5.
I am happy with the achievements. Just can’t believe I unlocked LASO before reviving 5 allies in elimination.
No skull prevents you from unlocking an achievement in Halo Infinite
The Mjolnir armour crates don’t even have Mjolnir armour in them so I’m surprised about this at all.
It would have been nice if the Mjolnir armory crates found in the campaign were filled with stuff you can use on an armor core rewarded for finishing the game on Legendary, and maybe another for LASO.
What a boomer take dude. Getting something for beating the game on Legendary has basically been a staple in Halo for over a decade. It is a reasonable expectation that players should have received something for beating the longest Halo game to date on the hardest base difficulty. Not even like this is just a Halo thing either, Basically every single game for the last decade or more has rewarded players with something for beating a game on the hardest difficulty. But sure, go off I guess about how players just want handouts, as if they didn’t actually earn it by beating the game. Bad Take.

In the last decade we’ve had Halo 4… 5… and Infinite.
I know there is nothing for Halo 5 because I only did Legendary this year (I kept putting off having to take on the Warden triplets).
Halo 4?
In Halo 4, there exist 8 Campaign commendations which correspond to each of the campaign mission and are completed when completing the corresponding campaign mission on Legendary. In addition to this, these commendations do also have a corresponding mastery commendation which is completed when all 8 of the campaign commendations are completed. When the mastery commendation is completed, the following items will be unlocked.
(Spoilers)Played the campaign and beat it in legendary only to sit through the end credits and realize there was nothing. Come to find out a day later that there was a ending showing atriox and on top of that for the legendary some dialogues overlayed ontop of said cutscenes. Turns out the game just decided to not show me any of this. Had to look it up on youtube, talk about taking the satisfaction of beating halo on legendary.
To specify I only saw up to the scene where they fly off and echo is grinning like a mad man. And then boom just credit roll.
On the bright side this will give them time to come up with something really cool/memorable.
H5 has Lone Wolf achievement for soloing the game on Legendary.
A achievement for completing the Halo campaigns solo on Legendary exists in Halo Reach, Halo 4 and Halo 5. If I recall correctly, MCC do also have a similar achievement for all main campaigns and Spartan Ops.
I absolutely hate the fact that there are more cosmetics you can unlock by purchasing them rather than by earning them through actual skill. I miss the old halo 3 where you had actual challenges to unlock them. So disappointing.
I just caught onto this as I looked to compare my achievements to a friends. Nothing is marked legendary. I still enjoy the challenge and pride of doing it on legendary, but this is bs. Achievements are nothing if there’s no bragging right or exclusivity to them in form of a reward.

I work for a major company as tech support. Kids these days are shamelessly charging up their parents credit cards on stupid micro transactions, and on games that you’d be mind boggled that are played.
In this instance, a good recommendation for the parents would be to store the credit cards in a safe vault in order to avoid unwanted purchases. In fact, this recommendation should actually apply in general as it’s never a good advice the make unnecessarily easy for an individual to perform credit card fraud.
Actually the parents should be using the parental controls on the iPhone they gave their kid at least after the first ol time, or the second time when they discover their kid is a con artist.
