No Response from Halo Support

I have had an open case with Halo support on Support.Halowaypoint.com for nearly 8 months trying to get some issues resolved and 6 months ago they stopped responding all of a sudden. What do I do? Ive never had a support team just stop trying to help when my ticket is still active/unresolved.

Don’t expect much from them. They seem to be a support team in name only as they have trouble understanding the very basics of what their job entails. For example, it took their slow minds 2 weeks to process the fact that my support request was for Xbox and not PC. And that was before even getting to my actual request.

I have the exact same issue. I reported performance problems half a year ago for coop gameplay via Xbox live and got some random network troubleshooting issue tips for PC.

Why do I fill out these 4859294 forms, if your support bot doesn’t seem to care?

Unfortunately, I too have had problems with the Support Team. I had a request randomly disappear with no information regarding the outcome of it.

Halo CE and Halo 2A campaign framerates are still broken, stuttery messes going on 8 months now on xb1x. Plenty of support tickets have been filed.

Have you checked to see is the issue has been resolved in the Support Forums? The Support Team isn’t going to be able to address every single report that comes in. If they didn’t respond, I would imagine that the issue can be explained somewhere within the Support Forums.

Do you happen to remember what the issue you had reported? Maybe we can help you out.

Its an achievement issue with the MCC. Yes I have checked everywhere and tried every suggestion in both the forums and from the support team. As a result, I opened a support ticket nearly 8 months ago and conversed for almost 3 months with a couple members of the support team. Then, almost 6 months ago, they stopped responding within that particular ticket without any obvious reason.

What is the achievement and what is the issue?

Its an issue of my “Legend” achievement not tracking my progress as well as almost all of the achievements associated with completing Halo 2 on Legendary.

I am having the exact same issues, also support have suddenly stopped answering.
